Kelly beforeKelly afterI started at Mojoe's because I'd been experiencing upper back pain for about a year. The trainers take a holistic approach to your total well-being; in addition to exercise, they offer nutritional advice and tips for dealing with physical ailments, such as neuropathy or pulled muscles.. Within a month, the pain was gone. It was remarkable!

Seamus beforeSeamus afterWith a torn rotator, bicep and pec, I accepted Joe’s offer to help me out. It has been 2 months now, not only am I working out with my shoulder at 90% capacity, Joe has also rehabbed a bum knee that I have had for 15 years,. I highly recommend Joe for his experience and knowledge in fitness. All of the instructors are safe and well trained. So if you want to get in shape, get healthy, look great and make new friends, get over to MoJoes.

Danny Having lived with heart disease for 24 years and being a 56 year old businessman with a hectic schedule, having a trainer who understands my body was a godsend. Joe is concerned with giving me a safe and constructive workout that yields long term health benefits as opposed to just better looking biceps…although they do look better. Our constant discussions on a heart-healthy nutritional plan that also yields optimum training energy is as important as his consistent monitoring of my heart rate throughout our workouts. I look forward to stretching my limits with Joe as I know I am being monitored by a trained professional.

DannyIn the Spring of 2014, I found out I needed to have major neurosurgery to remove a tumor that was deeply embedded in my brain.  While the surgeon was confident it was a benign mass, I was forewarned that the procedure itself had serious risks and could result in significant damage to my cranial nerves.  I wanted to be as strong as possible (mentally AND physically) in preparation for the surgery in the hope that this would aid in my recovery.  That’s when a friend told me about MoJoe’s, reassuring me that they would help me get back on my feet ASAP with whatever combination of personal and group training needed. MoJoe’s made good on that promise despite the fact that my surgery turned out to be more complicated than we had hoped. I had significant nerve damage, with double vision, deafness, facial paralysis, and balance problems.  Within 5 weeks of surgery, I started one-on-one training with Joe Romano and in 7 weeks I was participating in their group classes with my husband – an important personal goal, achieved!  Joe wouldn’t let me give in and encouraged me to take it one step at a time.  I’ve seen dramatic improvements in my balance and stability, my muscle tone and I’m on my way to being stronger than ever! MoJoe’s can help you take the next step to get in the best shape of your life – safely and effectively!
