Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) can of crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 oz) can of crushed pineapple
- 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or agave nectar
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 small cloves of garlic
- 4 boneless,skinless chicken breasts
Directions
- teriyaki sauce ; in a bowl , whisk together pineapple,soy sauce,ginger and honey/agave, place ½ in a resealable bag and reserve the other half for later. Place chicken in bag to marinate refrigerated 30 min.

- Place chicken on cookie sheet, spoon pineapple over top of the chicken broil 8-10 min on each side. While chicken is cooking, heat reserved teriyaki in small sauce pan for 3 min, pour 2-3 tbsps of sauce on top of each serving .
- Pair with a ½ cup of brown or white rice and enjoy!
