Joe Romano
Hi, my name is Joe Romano. I’ve been a trainer for 20+ years, started working at a corporate level and then created MoJoe’s Gym. I started MoJoe’s to make a safe, fun community environment, where people are trained as individuals and not treated as numbers. I also wanted to give trainers a place where they can grow, practice their craft, and enjoy the work that they do. I love spending time with my wife and two kids, doing pretty much anything they want to do. I coach Little League sports, and love doing any activity that lets me teach and help others.
David Wojciechowski
I became a personal trainer because I love working out and helping others. I figured I would combine the two to help others achieve their goals. There’s nothing better than seeing others succeed.

John Steinbach
My name is John Steinbach, and I am a personal trainer at Mojoes in Milford. I got into fitness through sports at a young age, and over the years, training became a lifestyle. Now, I help others push past their limits through focused, challenging workouts built around hypertrophy, endurance, balance, and flexibility.
At Mojoes, I offer 1-on-1 training and group classes for anyone ready to put in the work and see real progress. I’ll challenge you, keep you accountable, and probably make you laugh in the middle of a tough set — it’s all part of the process.
Outside the gym, I’m into surfing, snowboarding, cooking, and hanging with my dog, Ace. Oh — and I’m a proud Dolphins fan (don’t hold it against me). Let’s go!
Jonna Capone
I became a trainer becauseI know from personal wellness journey and experience that exercise can transform more than just your body—it can change the way you move through life. Whether that’s training for a race, improving mobility to keep up with your kids, or simply building confidence, my goal is to help each client reach their version of success.
What motivates me most is watching clients recognize their own progress and strength. Those breakthroughs are why I love what I do. My favorite exercises are the chest press, bicep curls, reverse lunges, and pretty much all core workouts.
