Before becoming a member of MoJoe’s Gym, we provide a 60-minute fitness assessment to learn about you, your goals, and your body. Each assessment is run by one of our qualified trainers and entails: a mini total body workout to determine any weaknesses/imbalances, and a discussion of your goals, medical history, nutrition, habits, and lifestyle. The assessment helps us establish a program that works best for you going forward.
