Total Cost: $450 for the full program
Classes are limited to maintain personalized coaching and hands-on instruction. Early registration is strongly encouraged.

Program Objectives
Your training is centered around four major performance pillars:

Stretch Class — The Perfect Add-On for Golfers
To complement the golf program, MoJoe’s Gym also offers a weekly Stretch & Mobility Class — highly recommended for anyone enrolled in the golf sessions.
Stretch Class Details
- When: Every Sunday at 8:00 a.m.
- Where: Milford location
- Cost: $15 per class
- Who Should Attend: All golf program participants, plus anyone wanting to improve flexibility, mobility, core control, or recovery.
